These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kick Off Profits website, systems,
tools and membership services. By subscribing or creating an account, you confirm
that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Account Creation & Access

Once your payment is completed, your Kick Off Profits account is automatically created
(or upgraded). You will receive an email confirmation with login details or instructions
to access the members’ area.

All systems, qualifiers, stats, data and tools are accessed by logging into your
account. We do not send selections via email, Telegram or any
messaging platform.

This is to ensure selections are not distributed widely, which would negatively impact
prices and reduce fairness for all members.

2. System Update Schedule

Selections are updated twice per day:

  • Around 10pm (UK time) – main update for the next day’s fixtures
  • Around 8am (UK time) – follow-up update to catch late lines or additions

Members are responsible for logging in and checking their selections. Fixtures may
change, move or be added by bookmakers outside our control.

3. Variations in Selection Volume

The number of selections varies depending on the football schedule, league availability
and bookmaker lines. During international breaks, summer off-seasons, and periods of
reduced fixtures, the volume of selections will naturally decrease.

Systems are based on real fixtures — we do not artificially increase activity.

4. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, all subscriptions renew on a 30-day recurring
basis from the date of purchase.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • There are no lock-ins, penalties or cancellation fees.

If you wish to subscribe once only, set a reminder to cancel before the next renewal.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are offered under any circumstance.

This policy exists because:

  • You may test most Stats & Tools for free in a delayed mode (1–2 days behind live data).
  • You may view historical system results and past selections before subscribing.
  • You are not purchasing a blind, untestable product.

By subscribing, you confirm that you have reviewed the available information and made
an informed decision.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

Kick Off Profits accepts the following:

  • PayPal
  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Skrill
  • Selected cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC)

If you require an alternative payment method not shown at checkout, contact us and we
will attempt to accommodate your request.

7. Transparency & Proof of Results

Full historical results for every system are publicly accessible. These include:

  • Monthly summaries
  • Total selections and strike rates
  • Average odds
  • ROI over time
  • Periods of drawdown and quiet fixtures

If you are not willing to review performance data before subscribing, you should not
use this service.

8. Betting Risk & Personal Responsibility

Kick Off Profits provides educational tools, betting systems and statistical insights.
We do not provide financial advice, investment guidance or any guarantee of profit.

All betting involves risk. You may experience losing days, losing
weeks and losing months. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You agree that all betting decisions are made solely by you, and you acknowledge that
you are responsible for any financial outcomes that occur from using this service.

9. Bookmaker Account Restrictions

Bookmakers may limit or close accounts at their discretion, especially for users who
show consistent profit. This is a known part of using soft-book markets and is
outside of our control.

10. Fair Use & Member Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, forward or redistribute selections outside your account
  • Screenshare or publish members-only data publicly
  • Share login details or grant access to others
  • Attempt to scrape or download large amounts of data

Accounts found to be violating fair-use rules may be suspended without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kick Off Profits is not liable for any losses, damages, account closures, financial
consequences or betting decisions made by subscribers. All content is provided
“as is” without warranty.
